Resource Directory
To activate: Click the 'Resource Directory' option.
The Resource Directory option is used to see a listing of services that are
provided by a facility.
You can find resource information by accessing it with any combination of the
following fields:
· Facility.
· Service.
· City.
· State.
· Zip Code.
· Key Word - When searching by Key Word, all facilities are displayed that
are associated with programs that have key word. Note: To setup a key
word in an eligibility program, go to Eligibility Programs form in
CareScope, Key Words tab.
To Use:
1. Activate the Resource Directory Lookup screen.
2. Enter search criteria into fields.
3. Click Search to display the results.
4. Click on Select next to the Facility to lookup resources for.
5. A list of available services will be displayed.
To View Directions to a facility:
1. Activate the Resource Directory Lookup screen.
2. Enter search criteria into fields.
3. Click ‘Search’ to display the results.
4. Click on the 'Directions' link on the last column of the desired Facility.
NOTE
· Any time a Print is done it opens the display of the report in Internet
Explorer. To return to the previous screen (in Community) the user
needs to click on the ‘back arrow’ in Internet Explorer. If they click
on the ‘x’ it closes Internet Explorer and the Community application.
